Main responsabilities:
Project Management:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, own project schedules/delivery targets & budgets, and report to stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management:
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ technical requirements and provide solutions/evaluate feasibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of atisfaction.
Product cost calculation:
Calculation of product costs based on MPC and PPC results.
Leadership:
Self-leadership, leading in a project set-up, leading without disciplinary responsibility.
Process Optimization:
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, maximizing CM2 contribution, and minimizing quality costs.

- University –technical studies
- Proven track record in a similar position
- English – Advanced / Intermediate
- SAP knowledge in this field of expertise
- MS Office Package
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem solving
- Program/ project management, profound technical understanding, customer-centricity, entrepreneurship, communication skills, tools and process knowledge, problem-solving, strong industrialization know-how
