We are looking for a certified Product Owner (Solution Analyst) with strong Business Analysis skills to lead a data-oriented development squad in a compliance-focused program.

This role combines product management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions supporting IFRS17 compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of insurance/reinsurance data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for the Dataflow squad
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with IFRS17 and L&H accounting requirements
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
• Ensure traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic
• Provide business assistance and support in case of production incidents

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or a related field
• Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)
• Strong Business Analysis background in insurance or reinsurance
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level)

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS17 programs or financial reporting systems
• Familiarity with L&H accounting processes and data structures
• Ability to work across technical and business domains
