What we’re looking for
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Owner with strong leadership skills to manage and define the strategic vision for our OTC Cloud Infrastructure product. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, and relevant programming languages. You should be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing backlogs, and facilitating Agile processes as a Scrum Master. Experience in cloud infrastructure management, product lifecycle oversight, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and manage the strategic vision for the OTC Cloud Infrastructure product, ensuring alignment with Orange Group’s technical and business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the development backlog to ensure continuous delivery of features and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and open-source communities to evolve and sustain the product.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from planning and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprints, and remove impediments to team progress.
- Monitor product evolution, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Manage the product budget, resources, and roadmap, ensuring efficient use of funds and alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand needs and incorporate feedback.
- Make strategic decisions regarding hardware, vendor management, and technological evolution to keep the infrastructure competitive and scalable.
What you need to know/have
- Advanced understanding of software architecture, system design, and hardware-software integration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies, especially OpenStack and Kubernetes.
- Experience in analyzing technical and functional specifications, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and integration technologies, including scripting languages.
- Ability to evaluate system performance, optimize infrastructure, and manage technical risks.
- Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, with proficiency in backlog management tools like Jira.
- Experience in release management, problem tracking, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills to align technical initiatives with business goals.
