Within our Channel Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Channel Product Manager Production Print who seamlessly combines marketing and sales and makes a significant contribution to our international growth.
As a Channel Product Manager, you will work in a team of six colleagues. Together with one direct colleague, you are responsible for the Production Print portfolio, representing approximately one third of Ricoh International’s total revenue. This gives you a visible and direct impact on the company’s overall performance.
You operate at the intersection of marketing and sales and work closely with account managers to achieve commercial objectives.

What will you do
In this role, you are responsible for both strategic and operational product and channel marketing activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire product lifecycle of the Production Print portfolio
- Developing and executing go-to-market and campaign plans
- Working closely with account managers to develop and implement plans to achieve budgeted revenue targets
- Providing active sales support to account managers
- Developing value propositions, marketing materials and sales enablement content
- Delivering training sessions and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting market, competitor and pricing analyses
- Providing market insights and business intelligence to internal teams
- Contributing to business plans, forecasts and budgets
- Working intensively with colleagues within Ricoh Europe and other international teams
You are an independent, commercially driven professional who takes ownership and can easily navigate between different stakeholders. For this role we require you to be based within Europe.
In addition, you bring:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, channel marketing or a commercial B2B role
- Bachelor’s / masters level, preferably in marketing, business or a commercial discipline
- Experience within production print
- A strong combination of marketing- and sales-driven mindset
- Experience with campaign development and commercial activation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent command of English and French (required)
- Experience working in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills, results-driven and well organised
- A true team player with persuasive skills
In this role, you will travel regularly within EMEA. These are planned business trips, on average once every 4 to 6 weeks.

- A monthly gross salary based on experience, ranging from €4,500 to €7,000
- 27 vacation days, with the opportunity to accrue one additional day per year, up to a maximum of 32 days
- A bonus scheme of 0–16%, depending on company and personal performance
