Project/ role: in the role of internal Senior Atlassian Consultant in our Atlassian Team, your primary focus is to help us with migration from DC to the Cloud. During that project and later offer expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing Atlassian products in our company’s global and complex environment. You'll act as a pivotal link between business functions, other IT teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aimed at achieving consistent and efficient utilization of existing and brand-new Atlassian solutions based on on-prem and Cloud instances.

Key responsibilities:

• Be a lead of Atlassian platform projects and engage with client to fully understand complex requirements to implement advanced project setups.
• Work closely with the client to gain trust, propose creative solutions
• Support administration of the Atlassian tool suite for an enterprise level platform.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems with production system
• Identify areas for building in process automation and design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and operations.
• Cooperate with external Support lines
• Documentation and Knowledge Base maintenance

What you’ll do:

• Independently manage new projects following standardized procedures: from consulting and challenging requirements to designing and developing solutions in the Atlassian tool stack. Conduct technical analysis of complex requirements from business teams or internal Atlassian Team needs.
• Develop solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining the integrity of the technical layer and platform logic.
• Participate in the transformation and Cloud migration by reviewing existing solutions and preparing feasibility and readiness for the transition.
• Support of our future, internal solutions based on Atlassian Enterprise Cloud.

Requirements – professional qualifications:

• 6+ years’ experience with JIRA/Confluence Administration or Consulting (certification preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Atlassian Cloud environment.
• Experience with large-scale Atlassian implementations and/or Atlassian Data Center Deployments.
• Experience with global administration of the Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• A thorough understanding of the Atlassian product suite and the best practices around their deployment, maintenance and upgrade.
• Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (ScriptRunner, Insight, Power Box SLA, Refine etc).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
