We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Engineer to join our global technical team and support large, business‑critical SAP environments. This position offers high technical autonomy, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to work within complex international SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades (ECC, BW, PO, etc.).
• Administer SAP HANA databases, perform system tuning, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Support the Global PO team in migrating interfaces to the SAP Integration Suite.
• Duplicate SAP systems using SAP‑approved replication methods.
• Plan and execute lifecycle activities to maintain a secure, stable, and fully functional SAP ERP environment.
• Coordinate and apply platform patches proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, technical upgrades, and environment optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Produce and maintain platform administration documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Manage SAP Security tasks, system hardening, and compliance activities.
• Take ownership of critical and major incident management.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing SAP technologies as a SAP Basis Administrator.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge across multiple SAP products.
• Strong technical foundation with advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to engage multiple teams and support key technical decisions.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, major incident support, and problem management.
• High level of autonomy in technical domains.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system components.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, proposing effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
