Are you passionate about leveraging AI to create meaningful user experiences? We’re looking for a LLM Analyst to help refine search relevance and optimize AI-driven solutions in the job search industry. In this role, you'll analyze user data, design effective prompts for language models, and improve the quality of machine learning outputs to better connect users with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user intent through data annotation and prompt engineering, focusing on Japanese and English-speaking markets.
  • Categorize and verify search results or recommendations to enhance relevance and accuracy.
  • Create and refine training datasets to improve machine learning models' performance.
  • Design and iterate prompts for AI models to optimize job search outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of experimental features and A/B tests, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Investigate user search queries and identify opportunities for prompt and search improvements using data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and training on query and prompt management strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and strong business proficiency in English.
  • Experience with data annotation or working on AI products, especially related to improving relevance and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working on large datasets.
  • Interest and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the recruiting industry.
  • Understanding of Boolean syntax or prompt design for AI models.
