- 深度参与并推动游戏局内玩法的需求洞察、概念构建、资源协调、落地上线及长期追踪,不断完善产品用户体验;
- 根据游戏发展方向、业务策略及用户核心诉求,参与制定产品策略,通过节奏性的功能规划与上线,提升用户对游戏的兴趣与粘性;
- 关注产品以及同类竞品的运营状况,研究各模块精细化运营的最佳方式及迭代路径;
- 与不同团队保持密切沟通配合,主动推进研究转化落地并持续跟进效果的实现,维护并优化对应的流程。
- 本科及以上学历,0~3年游戏运营经验(支持优秀的26届同学投递);
- 热爱游戏,对市面上各类游戏,尤其是竞技向射击游戏的玩法和运营思路有深入的理解;
- 英语使用熟练,具备优秀的沟通能力和协作能力,具备良好的逻辑思维能力和分析总结能力,团队合作意识强;
- 具有创新力、创造力和激情,具有整体性思维,能整合资源实现构想;
- 有较强的多项目并行管理能力,有能力对所负责的模块进行有效的长线追踪及迭代优化;
