As a HR Generalist/Sr. HR Generalist, ou will be covering HR operations and HR project with HR Director.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.

- Fluent Japanese & Businesss English
