Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the organisation’s AI strategy, aligned with its growth ambitions.
• Build out the firms internal AI infrastructure
• Lead the productisation of consulting services, developing scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Translate frontier technologies (LLMs, generative AI, machine learning) into client-ready impact.
• Partner with C-suite clients to design and deliver transformative AI strategies.
• Build, lead, and inspire a world-class AI team.
• Act as a thought leader, representing the firm across industry platforms and publications.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dynamic leader who brings:

• Proven experience in AI/ML, data science, or applied technology within consulting, technology, or a high-growth environment.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI or relevant area
• Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping industries and business models.
• A blend of strategic vision and practical expertise, equally confident in the boardroom and with technical teams.
• A track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
