Having grown from an early-stage founding team to a global organisation of over 300 employees in a short period, the company is now entering a new phase of expansion, driven by increasing enterprise demand and an evolving international footprint.
The Role
This is a key hire within the legal team, working closely with the General Counsel to support the next stage of growth.
The position offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with a strong focus on commercial contracting alongside broader exposure to strategic legal initiatives. You will partner directly with internal stakeholders across the business and play an active role in building and scaling a best-in-class legal function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including SaaS and enterprise contracts
- Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on deal terms and risk
- Support a range of legal matters including employment, data privacy, IP and corporate governance
- Assist with strategic initiatives such as fundraising, international expansion and external counsel management
- Help build and scale the legal function through improved processes, templates and playbooks
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years’ of experience with strong training from a reputable law firm, ideally with exposure to commercial or technology work
- Proven experience in commercial contracting, with the ability to independently negotiate agreements and provide practical, business-focused advice
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a pragmatic and adaptable mindset
