What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and transparency across cross-functional Agile software development teams
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Assist the Product Manager with effective backlog management to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals
• Guide the development team in self-organization and adopting Agile principles to maximize performance
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven track record managing large-scale software development and system integration initiatives
• Skilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership and capturing actionable outcomes
• Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired

• SAFe Certified Scrum Master
