- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven track record managing large-scale software development and system integration initiatives
- Skilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership and capturing actionable outcomes
- Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master
- Ability to obtain government clearance
