Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in the manpower or staffing industry to manage financial records, client billing, payroll reconciliation, and reporting. The role focuses on handling accounting transactions related to manpower deployment, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will support financial operations while coordinating closely with HR and operations teams.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: 5–8 years of accounting experience (preferably in manpower, staffing, outsourcing, or facility management industry)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Experience in client billing and payroll reconciliation
Mandatory Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in manpower billing and invoicing
- Ability to manage accounts receivable/payable and payroll coordination
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, general ledger entries, and prepare financial reports
- Manage client billing, invoicing, and verify timesheets, rates, and contract terms
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support payroll validation including attendance, overtime, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements
- Perform account reconciliations, expense analysis, and project cost tracking
