Description and Requirements
- We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies to build and scale high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, performance-focused, and passionate about building reliable, maintainable systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Build clean, reusable, and performant UI components using JavaScript/TypeScript and Redux
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js
- Work with PostgreSQL to design efficient schemas, queries, and data access layers
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and stability
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
- Follow best practices around coding standards, testing, security, and documentation
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Solid experience with React , Next.js , and Redux
- Backend development experience using Node.js
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and reliability engineering
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web architectures
Good to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Exposure to application monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
- Knowledge of microservices or modular frontend architectures (MFEs)
