Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute our recruitment strategy, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates across various functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the hiring landscape.


Location: Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs and support its growth objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and high-level positions, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging social media, professional networks, and other innovative tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with legal and company policies related to recruitment and maintain high standards of best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Tech Recruitment, with a proven track record in recruiting for various levels, including senior and executive roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing complex recruitment projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
