Role Description

We are seeking a Python Automation Lead with 8–10 years of experience in the medical device domain. This full-time position is based on-site at our Bengaluru location. The role includes leading automation initiatives, developing and executing test scripts, analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance automation frameworks and streamline testing processes in the context of medical device projects

• Experience working in medical device or healthcare domains is mandatory
• Strong expertise in Python and Process Automation with a focus on designing scalable and efficient automation solution
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and identifying issues related to automation frameworks and test environment
• Experience in writing and executing test cases and contributing to comprehensive Quality Assurance process
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in achieving automation-related
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance within the medical device
