The Business:
Join a leading telecommunications company shaping the future of full fibre broadband and connectivity. They are on a mission to deliver broadband, infrastructure and digital servuces and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the next phase of innovation and growth.
About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, roadmap and full customer lifecycle.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create solutions that solve real customer problems and add long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolio
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bring new products to market
- Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform decisions
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on data
- Support go-to-market planning and post-launch enhancements.
About you:
- Proven experience in Product Management within telecoms, SaaS, or B2B tech
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in Waterfall and Agile environments
- Strong understanding of business tools like Confluence / Jira / Trello
- Salesforce experience (highly advantageous)
