What You'll Do:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries
- Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline candidate management
- Stay current with industry trends and hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world

Requirements:
