Your Profile & DNA:

Seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in monitoring, automation, and incident management to design, integrate, and optimize observability systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monitoring solutions (Prometheus, SNMP, GCP, Kubernetes) for CNFs/VNFs
• Integrate alerting systems with external tools via REST APIs and automate workflows (alerting → ticketing)
• Develop automation scripts using Python/Go
• Define and manage incident workflows, escalation policies, and alert prioritization
• Perform gap analysis and drive POCs for new monitoring tools
• Work with Linux, Docker, and networking environments
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience in monitoring/observability tools and REST integrations
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking
• Good understanding of incident management and automation
