This Senior Software Engineer role offers the opportunity to build scalable, high-impact platforms that power financial insights for global clients.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering modern microservices-based applications in a cloud-native environment, while influencing technical direction and mentoring team members.

• Design and develop scalable microservices applications using Python.

• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data models supporting a SaaS platform.

• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other data technologies to manage and optimise data.

• Lead technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product, UX, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
  

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems.

• Solid experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS) and modern cloud principles.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ideally graph databases (e.g. Neo4j).

• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers in an agile environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
