We operate across 16 countries and are actively evolving our website, mobile app, and internal tools to support scale, automation, and better user experiences.

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work on real product features across Babylon’s website and app. You’ll collaborate with developers, marketers, editors, and product leads to improve usability, clarity, accessibility, and conversion across our platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong UI/UX portfolio using real-world projects rather than speculative designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research through user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences
• Design clean, intuitive interfaces aligned with Babylon’s brand
• Improve navigation, information architecture, and conversion paths
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• Iterate designs based on testing, feedback, and performance data
• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related fields

• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Interest in usability, accessibility, and digital products
• Basic understanding of web/app constraints (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• Available for a 3–6 month internship
