Senior React Native Engineer

AgriTech | Amsterdam (Hybrid) | €90–95k + Equity

It's a nice one in AgriTech.

Series A (~70 people), Amsterdam-based, building optimisation software used by greenhouse operators globally.

They take environmental data (light, CO₂, humidity), crop models, yield + commercial inputs — and turn that into real, day-to-day decisions on yield, energy and margin.

This isn’t a “nice dashboard” — it’s used daily, in real conditions.

The gap;

Mobile’s been a shared effort so far.

It worked… until it didn’t.

Growth’s strong, complexity’s creeping in, and ownership is fragmented.

Now they want to do it properly.

The role

You come in as the mobile anchor.

• Own the React Native app end-to-end
• Take control of iOS releases
• Build for performance, reliability, offline-first
• Work closely with backend on event-driven stuff

You

• You’ve shipped real React Native apps
• You understand performance (not just “it works”)
• You’re comfortable dipping into native when needed
• You like owning things, not just contributing
