We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our studio full-time. In this role, you’ll create engaging product videos and motion graphics for brand and website projects for some of the most exciting tech startups in the world. You’ll collaborate closely with Visual Designers and Art Directors to bring motion concepts to life.

This position is remote, with preference for candidates who can work a few days per week from our office in Barcelona.

• Lead the end-to-end process of product video creation for our brands
• Create 3D motion assets
• Design product UI animations and website motion graphics
• Translate brand and visual direction into strong motion pieces
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the team and contribute to project direction

• 3+ years of experience working as a Motion Designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
• High proficiency and speed working in Adobe After Effects and Blender or Cinema 4D. Bonus: familiarity with modern motion tools such as Rive, Cavalry, or TouchDesigner.
• Passion for motion in digital and tech-driven companies. You’ll often work with digital products and UI animations. Here is a moodboard for the kind of motion work we expect from this role.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take projects from concept to execution with minimal direction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: fluent in English.
