What we look for:

• HBO-level working and thinking.
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in a scaled Agile setup (SAFe or similar multi‑team environments).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (planning, boards, dashboards, reporting).
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean‑Agile principles.
• Strong coaching skills and experience guiding team development.
• Ability to manage dependencies and remove impediments effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. SAFe Scrum Master, PSM I or higher).
• A Team Coach who is visible, approachable, and engaged.
• Someone who thrives on practical improvements and tangible outcomes.
• Courage to break patterns and hold difficult conversations.
• Ability to strengthen collaboration with Product Owners, fellow coaches, and stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written. (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong communication, empathy, and pragmatic leadership

What you'll enjoy

• Salary between €4,031 and €6,000 based on 38 hours, depending on experience.
