IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in related management or engineering disciplines, preferably having an MBA degree
• Minimum 10 years experience within telecommunication, technology, information technologies, financial services and/or consultancy sectors at related positions
• Advanced English language both written and oral is must
• Having PMP certificate or formal education in project management is a plus
• Knowledge of the media industry and deep understanding of business transformation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices is a plus
• Having proven experience in management of multinational, large-scale transformation projects and programs
• Having team leadership and matrix organization management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly focused on building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships
• Visionary and customer oriented, successful in convincing, influencing and directing internal and external customers
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Being adaptable to change quickly and lead the change
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive executive-level discussions,
• No military obligation for male candidates

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Driving transformation and program/project management to enhance Digiturk’s business efficiency, profitability, and future-readiness
• Managing transformation projects, large-scale projects that bring strategic or structural changes and global projects in accordance with beIN Media Group and global strategy
• Evangelizing the transformation programs and projects in the company, ensuring that this change is in line with company strategies
• Engaging key stakeholders across departments to ensure collaboration, alignment, and accountability in transformation efforts.
• Ensuring that all departments of the company work in harmony to ensure the completion of the projects in the planned time and quality required
• Prioritizing the limited resources of the company to the right projects, to ensure effective management by prioritizing projects and initiatives
• Companywide project roadmap planning, selection and prioritization of the initiatives to get max revenue or strategic benefits based on company strategies
• Regularly reporting the most accurate and up-to-date progress of transformation to the relevant managers and top management
• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and financial impacts of the completed projects
• Controlling and monitoring the deliveries in order to accomplish projects with attained quality level
• Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
