Join a leading data & AI consultancy building production-grade ML and GenAI solutions across industries, with a strong focus on analytics, forecasting, and AI transformation.
This role sits at the intersection of Data Engineering + ML Engineering + GenAI, working closely with Data Science teams to take models from prototype to production at scale.

What You'll Do
- Deploy ML models into production environments
- Design and implement GenAI / LLM-based solutions
- Build and manage:
- Data pipelines (Spark / Databricks)
- ML lifecycle systems
- MLOps / LLMOps frameworks
- Support Data Science teams in:
- Production readiness
- Best practices
- Present solutions and create technical documentation
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders
- Has taken ML/GenAI models from prototype production
- Strong in data pipelines + ML systems + cloud integration
- Comfortable working with:
- Data Scientists
- Business stakeholders
- Thinks in scalability, reliability, and systems design
- Experience building MLOps frameworks from scratch
- Consulting / client-facing exposure
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- 5+ years in Data Engineering / Backend / ML Engineering
- 5+ years writing production-grade Python
- 3+ years working with ML systems in production
- 1+ year hands-on GenAI / LLM experience
- Practical experience with:
- MLOps / LLMOps (Azure ML / Azure AI preferred)
- Databricks + Spark/PySpark
- Cloud (Azure or GCP)
- Python, Databricks, Spark / PySpark
- Azure ML / Azure AI (or GCP equivalents)
- MLOps / LLMOps tools
- GenAI / LLM pipelines
- PLN 288,000 – 316,800 annually
