Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and custom-built application initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
• Oversee full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and PMO methodologies
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management
• Ensure successful integration between Oracle systems and bespoke applications
• Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation across project delivery
• Manage vendors, external partners, and service providers where applicable
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Oracle applications projects
• Proven experience managing Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/SCM) implementations or support projects
• Strong experience in managing bespoke/custom software development projects
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or hybrid delivery models
