Job Description：

1. Conduct secondary creative development based on existing IP characters, and participate in the innovative application of IP characters within office environments.

2. Understand the functionality and user experience of internal office systems, and complete visual design for related system interfaces, including logos, icons, illustrations, and UI design.

3. Deliver visual creative designs for internal operational campaigns, including but not limited to poster design and video production.

Produce customized product design concepts, renderings, and craft specifications for hardware devices, and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure successful execution.

4. Liaise with cross-functional departments to accurately understand design requirements and rapidly deliver solutions; follow up on design revisions and iterations to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Continuously monitor domestic and international design trends, user experience innovations, and industry technology developments; introduce advanced design concepts and methodologies to the team to enhance its overall design competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields are preferred. Proven years of relevant visual design work experience required; candidates with design experience at local Singapore companies or cross-border brands are preferred.

2. Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with the ability to independently complete poster and illustration design.

3. Proficient in at least one 3D software (Blender / C4D / Maya) for 3D visual presentation; familiar with video production and capable of producing simple motion video designs, including concept models and renderings.

4. Possesses original illustration skills, with the ability to extend and animate existing IP characters.

5. Due to the need to collaborate with the headquarters team in China, proficiency in both Chinese and English is required

6. Experience in 3D video production or motion design; ability to use tools such as Premiere and After Effects to produce video assets, or experience in motion/animation design.
