We are partnering with a leading global organization to hire an AI Agentic Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems. This role will focus on developing agent-based workflows that can reason, plan, and execute tasks across enterprise systems, driving automation, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing agentic AI solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs), tool orchestration, and dynamic decision-making frameworks. This includes building autonomous agents capable of interacting with multiple systems, APIs, and data sources to perform complex, multi-step tasks.

Working closely with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will develop scalable AI workflows that integrate seamlessly into the organization's data and technology ecosystem. You will design systems that support tool chaining, memory management, context handling, and real-time decisioning, enabling intelligent automation across business functions.

You will contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, APIs, and components that accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across the enterprise, while collaborating with platform and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Requirement
You are degree-qualified with 5-10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related fields, with hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.

You have strong experience working with LLMs and AI frameworks, and are familiar with agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration tools. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, semantic kernels, or similar agent orchestration libraries is highly desirable.

You possess solid programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data integration patterns is important.

You have a good understanding of AI safety, governance, and monitoring, including techniques for evaluation, logging, and controlling model behavior in production environments.

You are a problem solver with a strong experimental mindset, comfortable working in fast-evolving environments and rapidly prototyping new solutions. Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms and collaborating across cross-functional teams will be highly valued.
