Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and rollout of an enterprise‑wide Data Literacy Program.
- Develop the roadmap, curriculum, and role‑based learning journeys across business and tech teams.
- Drive planning and execution of training initiatives, workshops, and capability‑building programs.
- Translate data governance principles (quality, lineage, metadata, stewardship) into practical guidance for staff.
- Partner with HR, L&D, Data Governance, and business heads to embed a data‑driven culture.
- Prepare structured documentation such as training materials, charters, playbooks, and management reports.
- Facilitate cross‑functional sessions and support change management for adoption.
Requirements
- 10–12 years’ experience in banking, with exposure to data management, governance, analytics, or transformation.
- Strong foundation in data management principles (data quality, lineage, metadata, governance frameworks).
- Experience designing and/or delivering training or capability‑building programs.
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in consulting or advisory environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, SQL) or governance platforms (Collibra, Alation) is an advantage.
