We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in Digital Banking Mobile App Testing to join our technology team in Oman. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in QA, with deep expertise in testing mobile banking applications on iOS and Android platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end QA for digital banking mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Perform API, performance, and security testing for mobile banking features and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUI Test.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or equivalent tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to ensure full test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce QA best practices across the team.
• Prepare and present QA metrics, test reports, and sign-off documentation to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of QA/software testing experience, with a strong focus on digital banking mobile applications.
• Hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing of iOS & Android banking apps.
• Proficiency in Appium, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of banking products: payments, fund transfers, digital wallets, onboarding, and authentication.
• Familiarity with security testing and OWASP mobile security standards is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
