Job Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of diverse IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and business process improvements.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for project-related services and products.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
