Smarter is a management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group. We’re looking for a Help Desk Engineer/System Administrator to join Pine Software.



Responsibilities:

• Administration of office IT infrastructure

• Procurement, maintenance, and support of employees IT equipment

• Inventory of employees IT equipment, maintaining an equipment storage

• User services management

• Assistance with network administration

• Assistance with servers and virtual machine administration



Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Help Desk Engineer/System Administrator or graduate of a Technical University

• Office IT infrastructure administration and support experience

• Working with vendors and stores

• Experience working with Windows 11, MacOS

• Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets, ESET Protect (ERA), Jira

• Experience in searching for and selecting IT equipment, communicating with suppliers

• Experience configuring automation (Bash, Powershell)

• Network administration experience (Mikrotik, Fortinet) would be an advantage

• Servers administration experience (Ubuntu, Windows Server) would be an advantage

• Experience configuring and working with Users Management Tools

Possibility to visit the office in Kyiv


Nice to have:

• Knowledge of switching, routing, and protocols such as LACP, STP, DHCP, DNS, MLAG, and BGP

• Experience with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, ESET, etc.

• Experience working with network equipment (routers and switches)
