About the Role

We’re a fast-growing startup building high-impact Roblox experiences and we’re looking for an SDE II who can move fast and ship quality. If you’ve built and shipped games and love solving gameplay + performance challenges, we want to talk.

Immediate joiners strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship gameplay features
• Design scalable client–server systems
• Optimize performance, memory, and networking
• Integrate DataStores, monetization, and analytics
• Collaborate closely with design and art teams
• Debug live issues and improve game stability

Must Have

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
• Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in game development (Unity, Roblox, or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with real-time or multiplayer systems
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools
• Exposure to live operations, analytics, or monetization systems
