We are looking for AI Product Manager Senior/Expert who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• Senior Artificial Intelligence Product Manager to strategically lead the organization's AI initiatives, connecting technology, data, and business needs in a pragmatic and scalable way.
• This role will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and evolving AI-based products and solutions, ensuring measurable business value generation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. They will act as a central link between business areas, technology, data, analytics, legal/compliance, and external partners, ensuring that AI solutions are ethically responsible, technically feasible, and results-oriented.
• The professional will play a leading role in the medium- and long-term vision of AI, leading the product roadmap, promoting organizational adoption, influencing senior leaders, and raising the company's AI maturity.

• Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Digital Product Lead, or equivalent role.
• Proven track record in leading complex digital or analytical products, preferably involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, or Data Products.
• Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and a strong business orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data, AI, Technology, or Product Management is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of AI and Machine Learning fundamentals, including:
• Predictive models, NLP, recommendation, computer vision, and/or generative AI.
• Data and AI product lifecycle (data sourcing, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Ability to technically engage with engineering, data science, and architecture, translating technical limitations into product decisions.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts, data quality, algorithmic bias, AI security, and governance.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into AI product opportunities.
• Experience in building business cases, defining KPIs, and measuring impact (ROI, efficiency, growth, customer experience).
• Product mindset focused on delivering value, not just technology.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, influencing executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders, facilitating strategic decisions and complex alignments.
• Acting as an AI evangelist, promoting understanding, adoption, and cultural change within the organization. Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery, including:
• Defining vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Prioritization based on value, risk, and feasibility.
• Experimentation, MVPs, and continuous learning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Product), adapted to the context of AI products.
