Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape and drive our product strategy and execution.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define product direction, set priorities, and ensure strong execution across the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in connecting company vision to product outcomes, making thoughtful trade-offs, and bringing clarity to complex decisions.
This role requires someone who combines strong product thinking with analytical depth, strategic vision, and a highly collaborative mindset. We are looking for a product leader who operates with high ownership, brings structure and rigour to how we build products, and elevates product management practices across the organisation.

Core Responsibilities
Shaping the Product Strategy
- Own and evolve key parts of our product roadmap
- Translate company goals and customer needs into clear product priorities
- Make clear and effective prioritisation decisions across competing opportunities
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand and strengthen our product offering
- Define and evolve the product metrics framework
- Leverage the company's analytics stack (e.g. Metabase) to inform product decisions
- Build and maintain a data-informed backlog grounded in insights and performance
- Design and run structured experiments to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes
- Continuously measure impact and iterate based on data
- Actively use AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product development and user experience
- Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically
- Own and drive the engineering-product cadence in close collaboration with existing PMs
- Translate strategy into clear, structured inputs for engineering teams
- Write high-quality product specifications, including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Ensure strong backlog hygiene and clear, effective prioritisation
- Work closely with engineering, data, design, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure strong alignment
- Act as a strong product voice, improving structured decision-making and product practices
- Help bring clarity and focus to complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing product culture
- Support and mentor more junior members of the product team
Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience shaping product strategy and delivering complex product initiatives
- Strong experience working in data-heavy or analytics-driven environments
- Experience in fast-moving environments such as scale-ups or technology-driven companies
- Exposure to health tech, consumer products, wearables or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Strategic thinker who connects product decisions to company vision and goals
- Collaborative and hands-on, with a strong team-first mentality
- Positive and optimistic mindset: empathetic, driven and calm in ambiguity, with a strong belief in the company vision
- Structured communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and bring clarity to complexity, and effectively explain priorities and decisions to an international audience
- Comfortable making prioritisation decisions and trade-offs
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong product discovery and roadmap planning capabilities
- Deep analytical skills and confidence working with product data and analytics tools
- Experience defining product metrics and running experiments
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
- Excellent ability to communicate with engineering and the design team through clear specifications and requirements
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product workflows
- Product strategy is clear, structured, and aligned with company goals
- Product decisions are consistently informed by data and experimentation
- Engineering teams receive clear, actionable inputs that enable efficient delivery
- The product organisation operates with increased rigour, clarity, and effectiveness
- Product management becomes a stronger driver of impact across the organisation
