Tittle: Product Designer (Junior/ Mid) -
Team: Digitally Empowered Discovery | Digital Growth Engine | Home Buying
Role details: Perm /Full Time/ Sydney/ 50% Office requirement
Do work that matters
At CommBank, we’re on a mission to make banking delightful and human‑centred. The Digital Growth Engine crew exists to become the #1 digital home loan provider in Australia by building the best digital home loan experience in market. Bar none.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Digitally Empowered Discovery squad within Digital Growth Engine.
This role focuses on early‑funnel digital home buying experiences, some of the very first moments customers have with CommBank. You’ll help customers understand, explore, and feel confident about home buying before they start (or commit to) an application, and help convert that confidence into measurable intent to apply.
Working primarily across unauthenticated, public‑facing web experiences, you’ll design simpler, more intuitive ways for customers to move from exploration to action; reducing friction, simplifying complex decisions, and supporting digital acquisition and growth.
You’ll be supported by an Experience Design Lead and work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and Engineers in a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
Key Responsibilities
We look forward to hearing from you!
If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application. We’re keen to support you with the next step in your career.
