About the role We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Apply With Ease crew, focused on home loan offer and origination document experiences.

You’ll help design clearer, more consistent ways for customers to receive and understand their home loan offers, while supporting the staff who bring those offers to life. Working across both customer and staff facing platforms, you’ll contribute to end-to-end origination experiences that reduce confusion, improve turnaround time, and increase staff efficiency.

You’ll be supported by an Experience Design Lead and work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and Engineers in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to discovery activities to understand customer and staff needs.
  • Design end-to-end offer and origination experiences, from concepts and flows through to polished UI.
  • Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and clear, accessible designs.
  • Apply systems thinking to help simplify complex, document-heavy journeys and reduce friction for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business partners throughout delivery.
  • Design across customer and staff channels, including App, NetBank, HOME and CommSee.
  • Contribute to our design system and continuously learn through feedback and iteration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience designing digital products or services in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interaction and UI design skills, with attention to clarity and usability.
  • Interest in designing complex, regulated journeys with support and guidance.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and learn through feedback.
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for developing your design craft.
