About The Role
We are seeking an AI Implementation & Integration Specialist (Software Engineer) to design and develop AI-powered applications and automation tools that support business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI solutions, integrating machine learning systems into existing platforms, and supporting the development of internal technology tools that improve data analysis, client management, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-enabled software applications and internal automation systems.
- Build and deploy machine learning models and AI applications for business data analysis.
- Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI tools with existing business platforms.
- Implement conversational AI systems, including chatbots or voice-enabled agents.
- Develop data processing pipelines and integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve deployed AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable software solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience in software development using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or similar.
- Experience developing APIs or backend systems using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Node.js or similar.
- Familiarity with machine learning or AI frameworks and tools.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into real-world applications or business systems.
- Understanding of database technologies and data processing workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- At least 1 year experience with AI automation tools or conversational AI systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, vector databases or AI model deployment
