We are looking for a skilled Project Manager in Argentina to join our team.

You will be responsible for the successful management of medium-sized or large-scale projects including project’s profit & loss, project budget, schedule, risks, and conflicts and ensures that all work carried out is in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business.

This is you

  • 4+ years of practical experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing medium to large-sized IT projects
  • Proficient in key project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Understanding and ability to apply at least one of the industry standard Software Development Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of P&L concepts, terminology, and processes  
  • Experience with tools for tracking progress and performance
  • Basic understanding of business negotiations and related techniques
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Project management processes: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication. Identifying and assessing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Ability to identify client needs in the existing accounts and match them with sales opportunities to support business growth
  • English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above (verbal and written)

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience in insurance companies is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

This is your role

  • Plan, execute, and oversee medium-sized or large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with defined budgets, schedules, and scope
  • Manage projects across different regions and cultures, understanding the nuances of international regulations, culture, and business practices
  • Implement Project management processes and identify and assess the potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives and clients, and manage their expectations
  • Project P&L. Allocate resources effectively and manage financial resources within the project's constraints
  • Pre-sales and up- and/or cross-selling activities support
  • Make decisions within the scope of competence and responsibility
  • Organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
  • Take necessary actions to meet the defined goals. Identify and apply measures to track and quantify achievement
