As part of our Software Development team, you will:
- Build high-quality Angular frontend applications for a global leader in the pet tech industry
- Develop and enhance user-facing features across subscription management, account management, partnerships and payments
- Collaborate with backend teams to deliver seamless, high-performance and reliable user experiences
- Support teammates through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Design scalable frontend architectures
- Take ownership and continuously grow through hands-on experience
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, Responsive Web Design)
- Proven track record of professional experience with Angular
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript & CSS frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with components and design systems
- Experience building large, complex Angular applications with a strong grasp of architecture is a plus
- Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good English skills
- A doer with a strong “getting things done” mindset, always taking initiative
- A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical skills, eager to tackle complex challenges
- A growth-focused individual, eager to learn, take ownership, and embrace new challenges
- A “release early, release often” mentality, constantly pushing boundaries and driving innovation
