About the Role

We are looking for a Medior–Senior PHP Fullstack Developer to strengthen and stabilize our platform.

This is not a greenfield role — you will work on a live, growing product, where your impact is directly visible.

You will take ownership of platform stability, work within a complex Laravel codebase, and help improve maintainability and long-term code quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and reliability of the platform
• Identify recurring issues and solve them structurally
• Analyze and improve a large existing codebase
• Lead refactoring efforts to improve maintainability
• Monitor and update dependencies and technical debt
• Debug complex issues and improve system observability

Core skills

• Strong experience with PHP (5+) and Laravel
• Solid knowledge of MySQL (MariaDB)
• Experience with Redis
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in and improve large codebases
• Ability to interpret logs and system behavior

Tools & technologies

• Git
• Sentry
• Docker (nice to have)
• Meilisearch (nice to have)

Language

• English (required)
• Dutch (preferred)
