We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester to support the testing of internally developed web and mobile applications within a large, complex IT organization operating in a critical infrastructure context.

You will join an internal IT development team responsible for building applications used by operational and management teams in domains such as asset management, infrastructure, and equipment management.

Your role is to ensure quality, reliability, and security of business-critical applications through structured testing, automation, and close collaboration with development and business stakeholders.

This is a long-term, full-time assignment requiring a high level of expertise and professional maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Software Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test internally developed web and mobile applications based on business requirements
• Define, execute, and document manual and automated test scenarios
• Ensure functional correctness, stability, and regression safety of applications
• Validate integrations, APIs, authentication mechanisms, and data flows

Test Automation & Tooling

• Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites using appropriate frameworks
• Work with test management and defect-tracking tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and automation coverage

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
• Support release cycles and production readiness
• Provide clear reporting on test results, risks, and quality status

Technical Requirements

• HP ALM : Minimum 10 years of experience (Expert level)
• SQL (queries, scripts, data validation) : Minimum 10 years of experience (Expert level)
• Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum): Minimum 2 years of experience
• FTP, HTML, and Microsoft Office : Minimum 10 years of experience
• Microsoft Windows Servers & Client environments : Minimum 10 years of experience
• Android Mobile & Hybrid Applications testing : Minimum 2 years of experience
• JNLP & Oracle Java JRE : Minimum 2 years of experience
• Identity & Access Management : Experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, and account provisioning, Minimum 2 years of experience
• API Testing : Experience with Swagger API and Postman, Minimum 2 years of experience
• Test Automation : Experience with Cypress and Robot Framework : Minimum 2 years of experience
• ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer : Minimum 5 years of practical experience applying test automation

Languages : French or Dutch (Fluent) + English (Fluent)
