Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to maintain and support our critical platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance. The role involves managing a complex Linux-based environment, improving automation processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain and support a critical production platform with high availability requirements
• Manage and administer a complex Linux stack including Oracle, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and business applications
• Improve and maintain automated deployment processes using Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production environments
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with product teams and a Center of Expertise team to enhance platform performance and stability
• Ensure system monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in DevOps/Linux system administration
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and Python)
• Solid experience with Ansible and Docker
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Kafka and Elasticsearch is a strong plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Experience in high-availability or production-critical environments
