We are looking for a Senior AI/NLP Engineer to drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions within a high-impact, international environment.

You will play a key role in advancing AI capabilities and integrating them into mission-critical systems.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize advanced AI, NLP, and Machine Learning models (LLMs, RAG frameworks, state-of-the-art architectures)
• Develop and refine methods for tokenization, NER, classification, and clustering, including fine-tuning pre-trained models for domain-specific use cases
• Contribute to the design of scalable ML application architectures, focusing on robust Python development and efficient model serving
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI/ML trends and integrate innovations into existing systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI solutions into operational workflows
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to continuously improve model performance and scalability
• Deliver clear reports and visual insights to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
• Ensure high-quality standards through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive documentation

🎯 Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent (specialization in AI is a plus)
• 6–8+ years of professional experience in AI / ML / NLP
• Strong proficiency in Python and key libraries (Pandas, SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and Transformer-based models (e.g., GPT)
• Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB)
• Experience with scalable ML systems, including GPU optimization and model deployment
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experimentation, and bias mitigation
• Experience in predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or topic detection
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
