Some brands are seen. The best ones are felt. Does that speak to you?
If yes, you probably know the difference between design that stops a scroll and design that just fills a space. And you're looking for a place where that instinct is recognised and put to work.
Our client is a growing international company, with headquarters in Brussels, and a collaborative marketing team that genuinely cares about creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Working here means your designs will resonate not just locally, but across multiple markets worldwide.
And here's the thing: our client knows that visual creation is a full-time job. Not a side task. Not something you squeeze in between meetings. Not a "can you just quickly make something nice" request that lands on whoever's available.
That’s why they are looking for a Visual Content Designer, based on the west side of Brussels, close to the ring, making it easily accessible.
Function
As a Visual Content Designer, you’ll own the visual output across digital and physical channels (social campaigns, websites, videos, in-store experiences…). You’ll turn ideas into visuals that connect and convert.
Your key responsibilities:
- Designing standout visuals for various channels
- Building smart, scalable templates and design systems that hold up across multiple international markets
- Creating short-form videos and motion content that capture attention and tell compelling stories
- Planning and leading photo shoots to grow a genuine, on-brand visual library the whole team can rely on
- Adapting creative assets across formats, audiences, and objectives without losing brand identity
- Working closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to maximise creative impact (collaboration here is real, not just a bullet point)
- Using AI tools where they genuinely help (ideation, asset variation, localization) without outsourcing your creative judgment
- Contributing to a team culture built on shared success, openness, and a genuine service mindset
Profile
- Experience designing for digital channels (social, banners, video) and offline touchpoints (POS, signage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable with test-and-learn cycles
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere, After Effects
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus
- A collaborative spirit, eager to share knowledge and learn from others
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative, design, or content production role (in-house or agency)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong digital work and creative versatility
- Willingness to travel occasionally for photo shoots or team collaboration
- Based in Belgium or willing to relocate at own expense
Offer
- A permanent role in a company that values creativity, teamwork, and customer focus
- A supportive environment where ideas are encouraged and contributions have visible impact
- Opportunities to develop skills across design, video, branding, and AI-assisted creation
- A competitive salary with a full package of extra-legal benefits
- A hybrid working model after onboarding, with up to two days of remote work per week
- A workplace where collaboration, service mindset, and business impact go hand in hand — all within an international environment headquartered in Brussels, offering exposure to diverse markets and creative challenges
