About the Role

We are seeking skilled Security Engineers/officers to join our team and help strengthen the security posture across various domains including data, infrastructure, and applications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting security processes while ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place.

We are hiring fora Medior level Security Officer:

• 3+ years proven experience in security and ISO 27001
• ISO 27001 implementer/auditor or NIS 2 implementer certification

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments across data, infrastructure, and application environments
• Analyze and optimize existing security processes and governance structures
• Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
• Implement and maintain security management frameworks and best practices
• Provide expert guidance on information security matters to stakeholders
• Identify security risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support the implementation of security controls and monitoring mechanisms
• Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Consultant in one or more of the following environments: data, infrastructure, or applications
• Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and document security processes and governance frameworks
• Fluency in Dutch at European CEFR level C2
• Experience with security management techniques and frameworks such as:
• ISO 27000 series
• COBIT for Security
• NIST frameworks
• OWASP
• CIS Critical Security Controls for Effective Cyber Defense
• Professional certifications relevant to your area of expertise, such as:
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
