Curious about working on systems that truly matter at scale?

You’ll join a forward-thinking, international tech environment where software plays a central role in enabling complex, real-time operations. The company sits at the heart of a rapidly evolving sector, building advanced platforms that support fair, efficient, and sustainable processes across markets.

You’ll work with modern technology alongside a diverse team representing more than 25 nationalities, bringing a wide range of perspectives and expertise. Beyond meaningful work, you’ll have access to a performance-based bonus model, flexible working hours, hybrid work options, travel insurance, gym support, and regular social and team activities, all aimed at supporting your wellbeing and creating a strong sense of belonging.

What’s the role about?

  • As a Software Developer, you’ll help design, develop, and improve business-critical platforms, mainly using C#/.NET.
  • These systems operate in time-sensitive environments and process large volumes of data, forming the backbone of important operational workflows.
  • You’ll work with microservices, messaging infrastructure, and REST APIs, with a strong focus on clean architecture, reliability, and scalability. The teams follow agile ways of working and modern CI/CD practices, delivering software that runs in live environments every day.
  • There’s plenty of opportunity to influence technical direction, whether that’s improving system performance, strengthening resilience, or evolving the overall architecture. Continuous learning and experimentation are actively encouraged.

Who are we looking for?

  • We’re looking for collaborative developers with solid experience in C#/.NET and SQL, who enjoy working with distributed systems and understanding how software behaves in production.
  • You’re comfortable with asynchronous processing, messaging patterns, and service-to-service communication, and you care about writing clear, maintainable code.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and message-driven architectures is important.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD tooling, Kubernetes, or Angular is a plus.
  • Most importantly, you’re fluent in English, naturally curious about how systems work under the hood, and genuinely passionate about building great software.
