We are seeking a motivated On-Chain Liquidity Trader to support our operations in managing decentralized financial assets. This full-time, remote role involves monitoring and optimizing on-chain liquidity pools, conducting data analysis, developing and implementing trading strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance. The role requires up-to-date knowledge of blockchain technologies, market trends, and technical trading tools.

• Proficiency in blockchain technologies, decentralized finance, and on-chain trading platforms
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with experience in market trend analysis and risk assessment
• Familiarity with crypto trading strategies, liquidity pool management, and on-chain asset utilization
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages (such as Python or Solidity) and quantitative analysis tools
• Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
