As we expand our presence across Europe, we are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Growth – Web3 & Crypto based in France. This is a fully remote leadership role with a mandate to define, lead, and scale growth initiatives across multiple Web3 and crypto projects globally.

• Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy across Web3, crypto, and DeFi verticals
• Lead user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies for blockchain-based products and ecosystems
• Design and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (community, partnerships, performance marketing, on-chain incentives)
• Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance metrics
• Collaborate with product, tokenomics, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with protocol design
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with protocols, exchanges, ecosystems, and key industry players
• Oversee go-to-market strategies for token launches, protocol upgrades, and new product releases
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team in a remote environment
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Web3 and crypto

• Proven experience in a senior growth role within Web3, crypto, or blockchain companies
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi mechanisms, user incentives, and on-chain metrics
• Track record of scaling user acquisition and engagement in decentralized ecosystems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact growth initiatives
• Deep analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
• Strong network within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
